Sir,
We
would like to inform your goodself that we want to install six nos A.C. machine
out of which four nos will be installed in executive rooms and two nos in
server room, as shown in our ‘Layout Plan’ of 19th floor attached
herewith.
All
the indoor units will be mounted on partition wall of the rooms & outdoor
units will be kept in steel cabinet inside the rooms in front of 3 nos windows
, for which ‘glasses ‘ fixed with window
frames will be taken out for passing air and instead of, wire net will be fixed
on the open area of the windows.
To
complete the above job we shall request you to give necessary permission.
