M/s Rocket Sales Ltd., Khapoli (Maharashtra) has supplied us Shakti Galvanized Cold Rolled Coils (CRC) vide their Invoice No.0012 dtd.04.03.13 for Rs.25,00,000.00 and 0015 dtd.31.03.13 for Rs.35,00,000/- which have been duly received by us.

Please cover the aforesaid 2 Invoices, under the aforesaid L/C and release the payment against the above referred L/C to M/s Rocket Sales Ltd. or their order on its due date on presentation of the documents i.e. copy of Invoice and copy of L/R. Since the due date of Invoice No.0012 dtd.04.03.03 for Rs.25,00,000.00 is already over, the payment may be released immediately.

Any discrepancy in the aforesaid two invoices is acceptable to us.
