Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that at the time of loading of material at factory, sufficient packing boards, blocks etc. are being given at the bottom, sides of the trucks and top of the materials to avoid nut, bolt, angle damages of our materials. You are requested to please ensure that you shall despatch our materials from transshipment point to branches/party’s place with same packing materials to avoid transit damages.

We are getting regular complaints from our parties as well as branches all over India that trucks are not coming with packing materials resulting into damages of materials.

In this regard, please note that trucks received at branches/party’s place without packing material, a penalty of Rs. 15000/- per truck shall be imposed from the respective transportation bill which may please be noted.

You are, therefore, requested to ask your Navi Mumbai office to take care of the packing materials at factory and your transshipment points for careful unloading & loading of the materials as received from our factory.
