Dear Sir,

This is further to our discussion with respect to the godown space at Khapoli Road. Please note that our requirement is approximately 15000 sq. ft. of storage area and the storage space should be free from any form of water leakages and dampness. As discussed, I would request you to undertake the following repair works/modifications to facilitate storage of our HR Coils boards:

1)     Ceiling repairs with proper chemical treatment to stop any kind of water leakage.

2)     Smooth cemented flooring with no uneven surface along with proper chemical treatment to avoid water soaking.

3)     Make provision for one additional gate for entry/exit of materials.

4)     White wash painting.

5)     Arrangement of power supply (electricity)

As discussed, I am also attaching herewith a copy of our C&FA (Consigning and Forwarding Agent) agreement. You are requested to go through the details of the agreement and revert for any clarification.

Keeping in mind the urgency of the situation, you are requested to provide us a feedback at the earliest so that we can commence our operations from the Khapoli Road godown w.e.f. August 2013.
