Materials against the above mentioned consignment were transshipped
from Raipur through your Truck No. RJ 14 NT 4695. The party has informed the
following against this consignment:
1. 10 pcs of our laminated Particles Boards were got damages due to poor
packing from transshipment point.
2. Way Bill No. 7288434 was filled wrongly. As mentioned in the above, the
consignment consists of 2 invoices which should be mentioned in the Way Bill
whereas only one invoice i.e. No.3125 dtd.29.10.16 was mentioned in the Way
Bill and second Invoice No.3214 dtd.29.10.13 was not mentioned in the Way Bill.
The Sales Tax flying squared has taken one copy of this Way Bill and may issue
notice on us. In future, if there will be any claim that should be in your
account, it may please be noted.
3. We are enclosing herewith Xerox copy of Way Bill No.7288434 and LR No.946454.
