Sub: Visit of our plantation sites for carbon
credit under Kyoto
Dear Sir
This
has reference to your offer ABCCS/2013-14/RSL/145 dated 21.07.13 we are pleased to
confirm the charges of visit. You are requested
to depute your consultants for visiting the plantation sites in Khapoli and Kalmeshwar
areas in Mumbai at the earliest. Please provide us travel plan of visiting consultants
so that their onward road journey from Delhi Cochin
Our
plantation Incharge Mr Anil Goyel would be accompanying the consultants during
site visit and providing all the details regarding plantation. As Mr Goyel is
likely to proceed on leave from 26th September, we would prefer your
visit positively by 1st week of next month.
