The aforesaid party has
informed us vide their letter dtd.06.07.13 that out of 405 pcs they have
received 94 pcs in total water soaked and damaged condition. It seems that
complete precaution, to avoid water soaked/leakage in truck, has not been taken
and due to this damage has been occurred.
You are, therefore,
requested to take up the matter with your Icchapuram Office and instruct them
to load the material with utmost care particularly in rainy season to avoid
such types of damages.
We are enclosing
herewith Xerox copy of the aforesaid L/R and party’s letter dtd.04.07.13 and
06.07.13 both for your information and necessary action.
