 Respected Madam,

                                                   This is to further inform and also request for a leave extension for my son Sonu Singh of class 5 B . In my earlier request I had asked for 2 week leave which was humbly granted by you . However , today on examining the progress of his recovery Dr. S Khowala has further asked him to take complete bed rest for another 10 days more as stitches are yet to dry and absorb .

                                                     Further, madam his exams are also beginning from 22nd September during which time he will be on complete bed rest and will not be able to sit for his examination.

                                                     Therefore, It would be very kind of you if you please extend his medical leave further and grant him relief from examination considering his medical condition and inability to move because of fear of infection and injury to the place where he is operated.

                                                      Your soft consideration in this regard will be highly solicited.
