Renewal of Agreement

Dear Sirs,

We refer to your letter dated 16^th March, 2014 and subsequent discussion in the matter.

We now confirm that the agreement executed on 21^st March, 2013 is renewed for a further period of 1 (one) year effective from 21^st March, 2014 on the same terms and conditions.

However as desired the fee mentioned in Schedule - II to the said agreement is revised to Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lacs Only) per annum as maintenance charge for both physical and depository modes payable in 4 (four) equal quarterly instalment. The increase is effective from 1^st April, 2014.

Please sign the duplicate of this letter in token of your acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated hereinabove.
