Dear Sir,

With reference to your show cause notice No.125 dated 10.01.2014, we would like to inform you that the default in payment of Rs.2145/- during the 2^nd Quarter was an error. This default in payment was due to late payment of Tax, which was not done intentionally.

However since the amount of default payment is negligible and has been paid on 08/11/2012 hence it is our humble request to you to please excuse us for the error and drop the penalty proceedings.
