Dear Sir,
Ref : Submission of revised
return for the year 2011-12
As, inspite of our best and sincere effort and waiting for
more than reasonable time, we are unable to obtain all the declaration Form-`C`
in respect of our claim under section 8(i)(6) of CST Act, 1956, we have no
other alternative but to pay the tax at full rate of 14% in place of
concessional rate @ 2% in the return submitted.
In order to comply those obligation vested under the law,
we have paid the differential amount @ 8% (i.e. 14% – 2%) vide Challan No.8
dtd.31.01.2012 for Rs.8,000/-.
We could not get relevant Challan on 31st
January, 2012
but received the same on 9th February, 2012 .
The delay in compliance with the obligation vested in the
law in the matter being unintentional and hence regretted.
