The Hon’ble Member (Technical) was pleased to
direct pre-deposit of 25% of demand of duty in the normal period within a
period of 8 (eight) weeks and report compliance on 26.02.14. A copy of Order
dtd.05.01.14 on Stay Petition as above is enclosed.
As directed by the Hon’ble Member, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-
has been deposited vide e-Receipt of Challan dtd.14.01.14 being 25% of Rs.4,00,000/-
duty involved, as per copy enclosed.
Kindly acknowledge and put the same before the
Hon’ble Bench on 26.02.14.
