We are to inform you that we are unable to pay the LC`s falling due on 14th & 15th July with you as the sales proceeds deposited by us with ICICI could not be transferred to you due to non - functioning of IDBI Server (Server down till date ).
We shall immediately on restoration of ICICI server, transfer fund for payment of LC`s falling due with you on aforesaid days.
Further please note that we have 2 cheques from our dealers amounting to Rs. 50.00 Lacs with us, which will be deposited on 14.07.13 under normal clearing.
