Dear Sirs,

We invite your kind attention to the discussions held over telephone regarding the subject cited above. On scrutinizing your accounts, it was observed that Rs.5,00,000/- was remained unpaid by you for quite a longer period over quality complaint issue. Since our Gujarat dealer had taken the responsibility of collecting money from you, we had no other option but to transfer your outstanding amount to M/s Anil Sales (P) Ltd.’s account.

After the usual process of verification, when the quality complaint issue was settled, necessary Credit Note had to be issued in favour of Anil Sales (P) Ltd. amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/- since your outstanding by that time was being reflected in Anil Sales (P) Ltd.’s account.
