Respected Sir/Madam,

     Sub: Explanantion for EMI Cheque Bouncing for Home Loan Mutual Fund in the month of March 2013 & July 2013.

This is to inform you that the EMI Cheque for Rs. 20000/- in the month of March 2013 was dishonoured due to insufficient fund. The funds couldn’t be arranged since I was on official tour.

Further an EMI for Rs.20000/- during the month of July 2013 was dishonoured due to insufficient fund. However this time I arranged for funds but it was credited one day later i.e. Rs.40000/- from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. (Refer to Transaction No.11 dated 4/07/2013 from ICICI Bank Statement). This one day late was not in my hand and accordingly this got bounced.
