Please  arrange  to issue a certificate of  Fixed Deposit  retained with you as on 31.03..2013 as margin for issue of  Letter of Credit, showing  there in – Receipt Nos., Date of Issue, Deposit Amount, Date of Maturity, Maturity Amount, Rate of Interest and Interest Accrued as on 31^st March, 2013 with TDS & service charges deducted if any.

This is required for statutory audit requirement. Hence your prompt action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
