Reg : Change in Management.

We would like to inform you that certain changes in the Management of our Company have been taken place in the recent past. A xerox copy of Extract of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company held on 15th January 2014 is enclosed herewith.

Shri Sanjay Agarwal , Sr.Vice President has been appointed as Manager, U/s 197A,198,269 & 387 of the Companies Act, 1956,  for management of substantially the whole of the affairs of the Company, since retirement of Shri N K Ojha from the post of Managing Director w.e.f 26th January`2014.

Meanwhile Shri Anil Kapoor, has joined our Company on 10th January`2014 as Vice President and looks after all Commercial and Administration activities including Finance & Accounts.

Also please note that our General Manager (Fin & Acctts), Shri Anil Goyel have also left the Company w.e.f. 18.02.2014.
