We hereby confirm that we have reconciled our Accounts with you and as on date outstanding amount due from you is Rs.4,86,703/- (Rupees Four lacs eighty six thousand seven hundred three only) against the bills submitted by us to you.

In addition to above, we have to submit bills of Rs.7,34,780/- (Rupees Seven lacs thirty four thousand seven hundred eighty only) to you for materials transported by us from your Factory and/or from any other place to various destinations all over India.

We have made payment to "Khapoli Truck Owners' Association" against the freight payment from Khapoli to various transhipment points. For this we will get confirmation from "Khapoli Truck Owners' Associations" to you after getting the confirmation. You are requested to kindly make the payment of our bills as and when the same falls due.

This letter we are giving to you as confirmation of our full and final settlement subject to payment to be made by you as mentioned above.
