This is to inform you that we are going to implement an Online system based on Oracle 9i with the database at our Head Office. We have developed Sales Module for working on online system. We are enclosing herewith a copy of the Sales Module developed by M/s Global Technologies Ltd. You are requested to kindly go through the same. If you have any comment, please inform us under intimation to your Regional Head.
The persons who are going to attend the Sales Conference at Factory they can discuss this matter at factory. The representative of M/s Global Technologies Ltd., who has developed this module, shall also be visiting at factory during Sales Conference. Your points can also be discussed with them. Persons who are not going to factory to attend Sales Conference, they can inform their points regarding sales module to their Regional Head who can discuss the same during their factory visit.
