Dear Sir,                              

Reg : Bankers’ opinion (for furnishing to M/s ICRA)

We have already engaged M/s ICRA to rate our Company’s  Fund Based / Non Fund Based facilities sanctioned by  Banks which is in final stage and we are awaiting for the rating form M/s ICRA shortly.

For finalisation of the rating, M/s ICRA has informed us for submission of a Bankers’ opinion from the entire consortium members banks in their format which is enclosed herewith.

Please furnish the Bankers’ opinion in the prescribed format of M/s ICRA, with a copy to us at the earliest to enable them to complete the Rating and hand over the same to all concerns.
