Reg : Working Capital Demand Loan

Please refer to our various discussions in connection with Working Capital Demand Loan to be provided to us for fixed tenure at a lower rate than the applicable rate in Cash Credit A/c. We would like to take WCDL of Rs. 75.00 crores to Rs.90.00 crores for a fixed tenure of 90 days and would like to renew it after expiry of the tenor on regular basis. We understand that this loan is provided roughly around 2% lower than the interest rate charged in the Cash Credit A/c.

We would be obliged if you could respond in the matter for taking our decision.
