Dear Sirs,

This is with reference to Agreement Dated 1st September,2013 entered between you and our company,

As per discussion you had with us, Point No. 7 mentioned in Page No 3 of the Agreement is hereby amended w.e.f. 01.01.2014 as follows:

"The Distributor shall make the payment in respect of orders placed by them immediately on receipt of the truck. In Case Truck carrying materials reaches in evening, cheque must be deposited in Company's Bank account next morning. Company shall allow a cash discount @ 3.00%(Three percent) on the billing value before tax. In the event of failure of depositing the amount as specified will disentitle the distributor of the discount.”

Except what is stated hereinabove the other terms and conditions of our agreement dated 01.09.2013 remains unchanged.
