This has reference to the Clause No.3(iV) of Agreement dtd.21.05.09 for the  Godown /House /Shop Address  and accordingly we would like to serve notice of one month for termination of the lease of the godown.

Please note that we are going to vacate the aforesaid godown latest by 30^th April, 2013.
