It has been observed that there are lot of ‘C’ forms pending with various parties throughout all the zones. The detailed list of parties - zone-wise has been discussed today in the meeting where some comments have been received but the subject is not fully discussed.
For current year, we must emphasize on collection of ‘C’ forms which can be collected quarter-wise. Now a days ‘C’ forms are available online in many states.
You will put your all out efforts in collection of ‘C’ forms or differential amount of sales tax in the form of deposit.

Sub: Pending ‘C’ Forms
It has been observed that there are lot of ‘C’ forms pending with various parties throughout all the zones. The detailed list of parties - zone-wise has been discussed today in the meeting where some comments have been received but the subject is not fully discussed.
You are all requested to please provide details of ‘C’ forms – a) collectable, b) non-collectable with reasons.
In case ‘C’ forms are pending from existing party to whom we are doing business presently, we should try to get differential amount of sales tax as the deposit (Interest free). This deposit amount will be refunded as soon as ‘C’ forms are received.
For current year, we must emphasize on collection of ‘C’ forms which can be collected quarter-wise. Now a days ‘C’ forms are available online in many states.
You will put your all out efforts in collection of ‘C’ forms or differential amount of sales tax in the form of deposit.
