It is being experienced that some of our customers have pointed out regarding mismatching in the PAN No or wrong/incomplete address and therefore, we have to revise the TDS Certificate as well as tax return which is a cumbersome job.
In view of the above, it has been decided to recheck the data available in our system for which we require the following :
A covering letter on your letterhead forwarding therewith duly filled in Enrolment Form along with self-attested Xerox copy of PAN Card & address proof.
We are hopeful that after rechecking of above information/data to be submitted by you with the data available in our system, will facilitate us to eliminate all kinds of errors with regard to TDS Certificate and also it will help us in filing correct tax return in time.
