You may be aware that the Company is presently following a practice of paying Daily Field Working Allowance to the Sales Personnel.  Keeping in view the persistent increase in the cost of petrol over the years, the existing system of payment of Daily Field Working Allowance has been revised for the following persons  :

1.	MR. ----- - DELHI	Rs. 85/- per day	50 ltrs. Petrol per month + Rs. 50/- per day
2.	MR. ----- - FARIDABAD	Rs. 100/- per day	50 ltrs. Petrol per month + Rs. 60/- per day
3.	MR. ----- - JAIPUR	Rs. 55/- per day	25 ltrs. Petrol per month
4.	MR. ----- - AHM	-	25 ltrs. Petrol per month
5.	MR. ----- - BHOPAL	Rs. 75/- per day	25 ltrs. Petrol per month + Rs. 50/- per day

You are presently being paid a Field Working Allowance of Rs. 85/- per day.  Please note that this has been revised as follows  :

1.    You shall be reimbursed the cost of 50 ltrs. Petrol per month.

2.    In addition to this, you shall also be paid a Field Working Allowance of Rs. 50/- per day.

Please note that this revised schedule will be effective from 1^st August, 2012.
