Dear Sir,

Please refer your letter C No.FE-80(88)CE/LAR-10/APJ/2012/2019 dated 13.10.2012 on the above subject. We appreciate the queries made by you and we are on the job. The figures as desired by you, are not readily available due to change in the system of Account’s Package from Tally to People Soft (ERP) in between the middle of the financial year from 1^st October 2010. Therefore, the part figures are to be ascertained from Tally system and the details whereof are at our Head office at Delhi in hard copies.

We will, therefore, revert back in the matter as soon as the details and documents in this regard are collected. Meanwhile, you are requested to bear with us. However, we assure you that to our knowledge there have not been any short payment of service tax or there is no intention to avoid payment of the same.
