Sub:  Pending “C”/”F” Forms

Inspite of several reminders regarding the subject matter, it is observed that the respective branches are not putting proper efforts in collecting the pending C/F Forms. 

These Forms are of great importance, which may please be noted.  If we fail to submit the Forms in due time to the concerned Department, the Company will have to face huge tax liabilities.  A summary of branch wise and year wise pending Forms detail is being attached along with this Circular.

You are, therefore, once again advised to take up the matter on top priority basis and arrange to collect all the pending Forms immediately.
