Dear Sirs,
Sub: Reduction in damages in transit.
We have already informed you that we have introduced new packing system from the month of July 2013 to avoid transit damages of our product. Further to this we have given adequate training to your representative at Khapoli, New Delhi and Vizianagaram. In spite of training given to your representatives, still we are getting complaints from our parties and branches that materials are getting damages in transit.
We had already informed to you earlier also that we shall deduct the value of the goods damaged in transit in full from your pending bills. We have already started issuing Debit Note on you for materials got damaged in transit but this is not our ultimate goal instead we like to avoid damages in transit.
We are enclosing herewith guidelines to be followed at Khapoli and transhipment points to avoid damages
If you want once again training of your staffs at our factory and at transshipment points, we can conduct the same.
You are once again requested to look seriously in this matter as this type of losses can be avoided with all round effort from your end.
