We have received your letter dated 29/07/2013 bearing reference No. ACPL/RSL/13-14/03
on 04/08/2013 and have noted the contents therein.
First of all, we would like to thank you for your valuable
feedback. As communicated earlier, kindly note that we have started
manufacturing our HR Coil recently and are constantly on the job to improve its
quality based on the practical application feedback that we receive from our
esteemed customers like you.
We are forwarding the damaged sample of the HR Coils (as
provided by you) to our research and development department at the factory for
further analysis. As soon as we receive a feedback from the factory, we will
revert.
As far as delay in our supply is concerned, we deeply
regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
With reference to your concern of excess supply, we would
like to clarify that the order was executed as per your P.O. No. 145015 dated 05/04/13 and as per your further
requirement from the site.
We are immediately replacing the 82 HR Coils unused in
your stock and shall revert back shortly with transporters details regarding
the replacement.
Meanwhile, if you have any other feedback kindly share
with us.
