As required by you, we are giving below our revised prices and other terms & conditions for export to Bangladesh:

A)     PRICES :

Please note that prices are for our regular décors, such as Blue, Grey, White & Ivory. For our special decors, such as Golden, Black, Red, Silver etc we shall charge you extra @ US $ 1.00 per Sqr.mtr. for all the thickness.

       HD Baord        :   High Density (HD) Grade :

(i)                  One side with decorative paper of your choice and other side with barrier paper of White Colour.

(ii)                In case you choose to get the decorative paper on both sides of the Board we will charge you an extra US $ 1.00 per M2 of Board in all thicknesses.

(i)                  One side with decorative paper of your choice and other side with barrier paper of White Colour.

(ii)                In case you choose to get the decorative paper on both sides of the Board we will charge you an extra US $ 1.00 per M2 of Board in all thicknesses.

B)    OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1)      The prices quoted above are FOR.

2)      Sizes offered are 2.44 Mtr. X 1.22 Mtr. and 1.84 Mtr. X 1.22 Mtr.

3)      Your commission, if any, has to be extra.

4)     Delivery time shall be 60 days after receipt of your technically and commercially clear order along with confirmed and irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight.

5)      A quantity variation of ± 10% of the ordered quantity as well as in value should be clearly mentioned in the Order as well as Letter of Credit.

6)      All the materials offered to you are of Indian Origin.

7)      Minimum order quantity shall be 50 M.T.

8)      The aforesaid prices are valid upto 30^th November, 2013 and thereafter subject to our confirmation.

9)     The irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight for 100% value of the order on any first class bank is to be opened in favour of our bankers, State Bank of India, Voltas House, Nariman point, Mumbai – 420 101 under copy to us.

Force Majeure :

The above referred delivery schedule has been given keeping in view of normal conditions of working but Force Majeure clause will apply and in that event if shipment is delayed, we will not be responsible which please note.

This supersedes our earlier quotation.
