BANK GUARANTEE

In consideration of allowing to import MARBLE MANDIR from MARBLE HOUSE, 6595, MAHATMA GANDHI ROAD, CHENNAI – 622 121, which is being imported to the State of Maharashtra by ROCKET PUBIC SCHOOL, 145/1, KHAPOLI, BLOCK-L, NAVI MUMBAI – 452 215, we, the State Bank of India branch at ………….. take the responsibility of payment of Sales Tax to the extent of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lacs only) in case the aforesaid ROCKET PUBLIC SCHOOL, 145/1, KHAPOLI, BLOCK-L, NAVI MUMBAI – 452 215, fails to show the appropriate commercial tax authority to their satisfaction that the material namely, MARBLE MANDIR have been actually used for their own consumption within the State of Maharashtra and that no incident of sales under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act arises from the nature of transactions referred herein above. We, the STATE BANK OF INDIA, Branch ………… further agree that the GUARANTEE shall remain in full force for a period of 9 (nine) months with effect from 01.07.2013 and shall be valid upto 31.03.2014.

Our liability to make payment shall arise and we are liable to pay the guaranteed amount or any part thereof under this GUARANTEE only and only if you serve upon us a written claim or demand in terms of the GUARANTEE on or before 31.03.2014.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the preceding paragraphs our liability shall remain upto Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lacs only) with the validity period upto 31.03.2014.
