Sub : Charging of interest for Credit facilities with you

Reg : Our letter No. RSL/ICICI/13-14/013 dtd.26.04.13

We invite your attention to the above referred letter wherein we requested for reduction of rate of interest to be charged in our Cash Credit A/c but till now no response has been received from you.

We would like to mention that State Bank of India, Mumbai have sanctioned working capital facility reducing the rate of interest by 2.00%. A copy of the letter to that extent received from them was sent to you along with the aforesaid letter. We would once again draw your attention on the subject and request to reduce the rate of interest in our Cash Credit A/c immediately failing which we shall not be having no other alternative but to discontinue banking facility with you.

As we understand from the discussion with your officials that it will take some time to decide in the matter and therefore, we are enclosing herewith our Cheque No. ……………………… dtd. …………….. for Rs. ……………….. of State Bank of India, Mumbai towards squaring off your entire debit balance in the Cash Credit A/c with a request to encash the cheque provided you are not in a position to reduce the interest rate.

Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
