Dear Sir,

Sub : Issuance of Certificate of origin for two shipment made to

          M/S SUMITOMO, GERMANI

We are enclosing herewith the following documents to enable you to certify the Certificate of Origin:

i)	Export Invoice No.EXP/HRC/001 dtd.29.04.2013 along with Packing List, Purchase Order & copy of Bill of Lading.
ii)	Certificate of origin in six quintuplicate, one to be sealed with red paper and rest to be stamped and signed.
iii)	Copy of Payment Receipt Advice.

The necessary fees will be paid in cash.

Please acknowledge receipt and issue us two separate sets of Certificate of Origin.
