We, residents of Hiranandani Khapoli Residency at 45/1 Alibag, Khapoli, Navi Mumbai – 458 545, would like to bring to your kind notice regarding incomplete/non-provision etc. of facilities as mentioned below:

1. Filter Plant is not working properly
2. Letter Box
3. Extension of Roof Top Wall in Block - 2, 6 & 8
4. Fire Fighting System in each Floor of each Block
5. Grill in Staircase Window in each Floor of each Block
6. Community Hall in New Building
7. No passge in Block – 9 to reach Lift
8. Cleaning, Colouring and Marble Fitting of Staircase
9. Maintenance and cleaning of Staircase and Rooftop
10. Making of association
11. Misuse of Lift by outsider parties as well as blowing music of loud voice even late night
12. Staircase of passage required for the terrace on 13^rd floor between Block No.5 and Block No.6.

Most of the above points have already been brought to the notice of your representative available at the site but however, the same has escaped the attention. We would request you to kindly look into the matter as stated above and arrange for the same at the earliest. We are quite hopeful that you will give a thought and necessary arrangements will be done without any further delay.
