Further, it is
observed that you are not attending to your duties from _______ till date. Your unauthorized absence from _____________
is causing a great dislocation to the work in the Department, to get the

wish to intimate you that you have voluntarily abandoned the contract of

As per clause 4 of
the above contract of employment you have to give one-month notice for
