The shipment has to be made to M/s ABC Technologies, Berlin, Germani in
2 X 40 ft containers as under :
- Invoice No.EXP/HRC/001 dtd.22.04.13 for Total USD
CFR 100000.00
- Invoice No.EXP/HRC/002 dtd.22.04.13 for Total USD
FOB 100000.00
Please ensure that HR Coils are unloaded and staked as per the
respective Invoices & Packing Lists at Kalon Shipping CFS under shade and
stuffed in respective container. Please inform Admiral Logistics to book and
provide us 2 X 40 ft containers immediately for Berlin.
Our Works has sent some sample cartoons without shipping invoice and
packing list for which our factory will prepare and send the same to you for
your doing the needful.
Both the consignments are to be passed under DEPB Sl. No. 52, Code No.48
where DEPB rate is 8% and therefore, please process the shipping bills
accordingly.
