( your Dealer Company).
During the course of discussion,
it was decided that our Accountant will sit with your Accountant and reconcile
the accounts and ascertain the amount payable by M/s ABC Corporation to Rocket
Sales Ltd. as well as rent payable by Rocket Sales Ltd..
Once the reconciliation is
completed and outstanding payment from M/s ABC Corporation is paid and Rocket
Sales Ltd. received the same, we will clear all your pending rent payment &
deposit without further delay.
