Sub : 500 Nos Shares wrongly transferred in my name
We would like to bring to your kind notice that 500 Nos Shares wrongly transferred in my Demat A/c., ID Ref. No.-------------- in June 2013 by you. As per your request, I withdrawn the same as per enclosed Delivery Instruction Sl.No.------------- but East India Securities Ltd. has debited my A/c by Rs.24/- (Rupees Twenty four only) which is not justified.
Therefore, you are requested to please credit my A/c by Rs.24/- under intimation to me because this is your mistake and you should bear the same.
