Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had been utilising the temporary construction Power Supply about 60KW of load for our newly constructed school building at Khapoli, Navi Mumbai. Due to some unavoidable circumstances the said temporary connection has been disconnected even though the final bill already had been paid.

Now once again request you to re-connect the said temporary connection of about 60 KW load and I agree to pay the necessary charges for the same.
