Payment Terms : 1.    25% (Rs. 2809000/- inclusive of Service Tax) on completion of Stage-I 2.    25% (Rs. 2809000/- inclusive of Service Tax) on completion of Stage-II 3.    25% (Rs. 2809000/- inclusive of Service Tax) on completion of Stage-III 4.    15% (Rs. 1685400/- inclusive of Service Tax) on completion of Stage-IV (End user training) 5.      5% (Rs. 561800/- inclusive of Service Tax)  after 6 months Technical support 6.      5% (Rs. 561800/- inclusive of Service Tax)  after 12 months Technical support  Other terms & conditions: 1.   Job to be carried out as per job details stated in attached work calendar split Stage-wise. 2.   Travelling expenses: For visit to our plant at Khapoli, the following facilities will be provided to your persons : a)   To and fro train fare b)  Free fooding and lodging c)   Daily allowance @ Rs.500/- per head during journey and outstation stay. d)  Re-imbursement of fooding expenses incurred during travel period. 3.   Date of training may be changed and adjusted according to urgency of work at Head Office, Delhi or at Factory, Navi Mumbai. 4.   2nd phase work schedule will be finalized in due course at the price already frozen. 5.   1 (one) year back up service will be provided by you after completion of 1st phase work. Accordingly at least one SAP consultant will be available during working hours on all working days.
