1)      We need Forty New salesmen, who will follow-up with Architects and Builders and to get project Orders.

2)     Quarter 4 sales target is Rs. 300 Crores.

3)     Credit/Debit Notes for Discounts are to be settled at Head Office by Mr ABC by 7th of the following month.  First Calculation sheet to be sent to Head Office and the Zone to reply within 72 Hours.


4)     A problem in allocation of sales area, order placed by one Zone, sold and delivered in another Zone.  To avoid this problem, the following system is suggested:

a)
The Zone, who booked the order

The Zone, who receive the payment

The Zone, who service the order

5)     Except Institutional Buyers, for all others, who does not give Security Deposit, the price will be 5% higher.

6)     To become a Dealer, Rs. 20 Lacs Security Deposit is required.  If no Security Deposit by 31.03.2013 by any Dealer, then don’t deal with such clients.

7)     Production target for 4th Quarter will be 960000 M.T. i.e. @ 320000 M.T. per month.

8)     All price lists shall be Rs. per sq. ft. from April 2013.

9)     Monthly Sales target by salesmen are required to be prepared.

10)    Stock of ‘A’ Grade material is to be brought down to zero.  ‘B’ Grade material will be called as Utility material and could be sold at 15% discount over price list as per new marketing policy.  No quality complaint will be entertained for these grade materials.

11)    To serve Legal Notice to L K Industries and to charge 24% interest.

12)    To prepare tolerance chart for colour and all samples will be made with date.

13)    We should go in for import of 1 mm to 2 mm Steel Boards - Responsible persons: Mr A Rao and Mr K N Khan.

14)    Marketing Department has to give :

a)           Monthly plan for A Grade material and that 15 days plan for B Grade material by 25th of the preceding month.
15)    To start immediately cheque collection by Bankers on all India basis.

16)    Only 6 Standard Color Sheets will be kept in stock always and minimum order quantity is 1000 Sheets.

17)    To prepare all India List of Accountants with job profile.

18)    There will be only one sales person for every Rs. 125 Lacs sale per month.

        Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Himachal. Assam, Saharanpur, Bhopal, Patna, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chandigarh and Bangalore.

20)    For materials stock with C&F Agent, Security coverage is required in the form of 25% cash and 75% Bank Guarantee plus C&F agent should give Security Deposit of minimum Rs. 50 Lacs.

21)    Mumbai Color Coated Sheet Sheets for Indian Gas:
        1000000-2000000 Pcs. can be kept in the factory.  After 15.3.2013, no further production of this material.  Every dispatch challan to state that the material has been inspected, checked and found in good condition and should be signed by the Inspector.
        Not more than 7 days stock to be kept either in factory transit or at Mumbai.

25)    For Inter depot movement of material, Head Office to keep control of expenses.

26)    Stock taking at Bangalore and Delhi immediately.  Followed by Kolkata, Assam and ……………………………..

27)    Godown Stock checking :
        All godown stock checking to be done by March 2012.  Monthly atleast 5 items in a godown is to be checked physically.

28)    DLF Project – Mr Singh to give Security Deposit of Rs. 200 Lacs.

29)    For NORTH ZONE :
a)     Mr A B Khan to complete reconciliation by 18th January, 2012 or else get transferred to Chennai.
b)           Delhi Office to sell Motor Bike by 18th January, 2012 or else Mr S B Khan to shift to Chennai.
c)           Chandigarh material to be sold by 18th January 2012 or else Mr K N Nath to get transferred to Chennai.

30)    To sell atleast Rs. 500 Lacs ‘A’ Grade material per month to Wipro Technologies, Chandigarh.
