It has been reported by the Nirmal Building Staff that the West Wing of 18^th Floor of the Building which is presently lying vacant is being used as a Smoking Place by our staff members.  This results into constant stinking of the entire East Wing.  As a matter of fact, all staff members should refrain from smoking.  However, it is absolutely essential that they may use the landing in the staircases.

All of you are advised to refrain from smoking at the West Wing.
